摘 要:目的了解上海市宝山区学校健康教育开展情况,为今后制定相关计划和效果评价提供依据。方法采用分层系统抽样的方法,在全区140余所学校中抽取各类学校共30所,进行健康教育现况调查。结果 291位承担健康教育的教师中有17人具有医学背景,占5.8%,29位心理咨询老师中19位具有心理专业资格,占65.5%;健康教育宣传阵地以黑板报、画廊为主,画廊版面数共79块,每学校平均2.63块,黑板数144块,每学校平均4.8块;健康教育课程和活动内容及其他、健康生活方式与慢性病防治类占较大比重,其中职业技术学校平均教学课时最高,小学平均健康活动最多,教学形式多为大课或广播形式,达60.0%,任课老师以卫生心理老师或班主任为主;控烟、食堂卫生等主要制度基本建立实施;学校基本健康服务情况良好,学生体检管理率达100%;有12所学校心理服务利用程度较低,7所服务人次数为0,占23.3%。结论宝山区学校健康教育基本达到工作要求,但仍存在一些不足有待进一步加强和完善。Objective To investigate the implementation of health education (HE) activities among schools in Baoshan District, Shanghai City, and provide evidence for plan and effect evaluation in future. Methods By using stratified systematic sampling method, totally 30 schools in different kinds were sampled from over 140 schools in Baoshan District. Schools HE status were investigated. Results The number of teachers who had received medical training was 17 a- mong 291 teachers of HE in all schools, accounting for 5.8%. 19 of 29 psychological teachers had professional qualifica- tions, accounting for 65.5%. The chief HE propaganda were blackboards and posters. There were 79 posters in all schools, averaged 2. 63 per school, and 144 blackboards in all schools, averaged 4. 8 per school. Most HE contents and activities were associated to "other category", "healthy lifestyles" and "chronic disease prevention" . The lessons time in vocational and technical schools were highest, the number of health activities in primary schools was largest, the popular teaching methods were regular classes and broadcasts, accounting for 60. 0%. The HE teachers were psychology teacher or teacher in charge of class. Necessary regulations such as "tobacco control", "cafeteria sanitation" were basically established and implemented. Basic school health services kept in high-quality, the management rate of student physical exami- nation was 100%. Psychological services in 12 schools remained in a low degree of utilization, service number in 7 school was 0, accounting for 23.3%. Conclusion Although school HE in Baoshan District has basically met the work require- ments, it should be further consolidated and improved in some weak items.
