摘 要:制备了Ti-Si-Al催化剂以催化乙醇脱水制乙烯。在小型固定床反应器中考察了钛硅铝摩尔比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间与脱水温度、进料乙醇浓度、进料空速对乙醇脱水制乙烯的影响。结果表明:钛硅铝摩尔比为1∶2∶2,于550℃,焙烧5h制得该催化剂,在脱水温度280℃,进料空速0.6h-1条件下催化乙醇脱水反应,乙烯收率达98.7%。进料可为低浓度乙醇。Ti-Si-Al catalyst was prepared to enhance the dehydration of ethanol to ethylene.In a small fixed-bed reactor the effect of catalyst preparation and reaction conditions was investigated.The results showed that the yield of ethylene was 98.7% in the catalytic dehydration of ethanol under the conditions of 1∶2∶2 mole ratio of Ti-Si-Al,catalyst calcination tempreture of 550℃,calcination time of 5 h,reaction temperature of 280℃,and feed space velocity of 0.6 h-1.Low concentration ethanol could be used as feed.
