摘  要:报道了以苯为原料部分加氢制备环己烯,然后环己烯氯化氢加成反应制备氯代环己烷的绿色合成新工艺。无催化剂情况下,环己烯加成反应合成氯代环己烷的较佳反应条件为:反应温度65℃,反应时间6h,搅拌转速为60r/min时,转化率为26%,收率仅为16%。有催化剂时,以苯部分加氢反应产物与氯化氢进行加成反应,较佳反应条件:反应温度70℃,反应时间2h,搅拌转速为50r/min时,氯代环己烷收率为81.1%,有用产品收率达98%以上,经济,安全,绿色环保。A new green synthesis process of chlorocyclohexane was reported,in which benzene was partially hydrogenated to cyclohexene and then reacted with hydrogen chloride.Under the best reaction conditions without catalyst i.e.,the reaction temperature was 65℃,the reaction time was 6 h,the stirring speed was 60 r/min,the conversion rate was 26%,and the yield was 16%.Under the best reaction conditions with catalyst i.e.,the reaction temperature was 70℃,the reaction time was 2 h,the stirring speed was 50 r/min,the yield of chloroxyclohexene was 81.1%,and the yield of the useful products was 98%.The process was economical,safe,green and no pollution.
