摘  要:以马马崖水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁为例,先用刚体极限平衡法设计了上排锚杆,然后利用非线性有限元法对岩锚梁系统进行了分析,用超载法和强度折减法研究了岩壁吊车梁的安全裕度。研究结果表明,刚体极限平衡法设计的锚杆偏保守,锚杆实际受力远小于其计算结果,只有当接触面接近破坏时锚杆的受力才趋于刚体极限平衡法的计算结果。用刚体极限平衡法设计的锚杆具有足够的安全裕度。In view of the rock crane beam in underground powerhouse of Mamaya Hydropower Station, we design a higher row of anchors with rigid body limit equilibrium method firstly, and then analyze the rock crane beam system with nonlinear finite ele- ment method. The safety margin of rock crane beam is determined by overload method and strength reduction method. The results show that the calculation results by rigid limit equilibrium method tend to be cautious, and the practical force of bolt is smaller than the calculation result. Only when the surface closes to destruction, the stress of anchor tends to the results of rigid body limit equilibrium method. It is concluded that the rock bolt designed by rigid body limit equilibrium method has enough safety margin.
