摘  要:水电站大坝混凝土施工采用高升层可减少分仓,加快施工进度。但高升层浇筑中,间隔期、混凝土温度控制、模板加固等均是质量控制的重点和难点。针对向家坝水电站左导墙2号坝段4.5m升层的施工难点,采取模板加固、加密冷却水管布置及个性化通水等温控措施。实践表明,采用4.5m升层混凝土施工工艺,提高了工效;模板加固方案可行,模板变形量满足规范要求;混凝土内部最高温度满足设计要求,为大坝混凝土施工积累了经验。Concrete construction in dam engineering with high lift can cut down numbers of pouring bins and speed up the con- struction progress, while it has quality difficulties such as control of interval and concrete temperature and reinforcement of tem- plate. In the construction of concrete lift with 4.5 m at NO. 2 section of left guide wall of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, meas- ures such as reinforcement of template, intensifying cooling pipes and personalized water cooling are adopted. The results show that the construction technique of concrete life with 4. 5 m successfully improved construction efficiency. The reinforcement scheme of templates is feasible and the deformation meets the requirements of design. The highest temperature in concrete block meets the design requirement as well.
