摘 要:通过试验对比研究了苯丙聚合物乳液、丁苯乳液、VAE聚合物乳液、丙烯酸脂聚合物乳液对水泥砂浆工作性能、强度性能、抗渗性能等的影响。研究结果表明:聚合物乳液对水泥砂浆的减水作用明显,其中丁苯乳液的减水率高达36%;随着聚合物掺量的加大,聚合物改性水泥砂浆的凝结时间逐渐延长,其中苯丙乳液的缓凝效果最为明显;聚合物乳液的加入可显著提高水泥砂浆的抗折强度及折压比,从而降低了其脆性;掺加聚合物乳液能在一定程度上降低水泥砂浆的渗透性,其中丁苯乳液改性水泥砂浆的渗透性可提高至V级抗渗标准。Based on tests, we compare the influence of styrene - acrylic polymer emulsion, butyl benzene latex, VAE polymer emulsion, acrylic polymer emulsion fat on working performance and anti - permeability strength performance of cement mortar. The results show that, polymer of cement mortars decreases water obviously and the butyl benzene latex decreases water as high as 36% ; with increase of the mixed quantity of polymer, the initial set and final set time of polymer modified cement slurry gradual- ly extend, and the styrene - acrylic latex shows the most obvious effect ; the mixing of polymer cement mortar can significantly im- prove the flexural strength and the ratio of fold to compression, so as to reduce its brittleness. By adding polymer emulsion to a certain extent can lower the permeability of cement mortar, and the permeability of butyl benzene latex modified cement mortar can be improved to grade V standards.
