医学生思想道德现状与医学职业精神培养探索

摘　　要：对700名在校医学生的思想道德现状、医学职业精神认知现状、学医心态等作了问卷调查,发现部分医学生对医学职业精神认知不足,学医心态掺杂了其他因素,思想道德需要加强。医学院校必须重视医学生的医学职业精神培养,应着重从创新教育理念、教育方法、教育内容等方面探讨如何实现德育教育机制的创新。The current status of ideological morality, medical professionalism cognition, attitudes of learning medicine and so on were surveyed by using of questionnaires in 700 medical students. The results shows that some of the medical students ideological morality needs to strengthen, the medical professionalism cognition is insuffi- cient, part of the medical students＇study attitudes blended with other factors and so forth. Medical coUeges arid uni- versities must pay attention to the medical students＇medical professionalism cultivation, should focus on the innova- tion of moral education mechanism by innovating education concept, education method and the content and so forth.
