探索中小城市建设低碳城市的有效途径——以江苏省如皋市为例

摘　　要：应对气候变化已成为国际社会普遍关注的问题,城市发展面临多重挑战,建设低碳城市成为应对气候变化的重要平台。文中以江苏省如皋市为例,结合低碳城市内涵,对如皋市碳排放现状及问题进行分析,提出经济、能源、社会和政策制度等多方面措施,探索中小城市建设低碳城市的有效途径。Climate change is a worldwide issue. In response to the problems occurred in city development, low carbon city construction is an essential approach. In this paper, the concept of low carbon city was used for Rugao City. The current carbon emission situation and related problems were analyzed, the measures in terms of economy, energy, society, policy and other effective ways to build low carbon cities were proposed.
