摘 要:混凝土表面涂覆处理可以提高其结构的耐久性。以水性氟碳树脂涂料、硅丙乳液涂料为涂覆材料,通过测试混凝土的吸水率和抗氯离子渗透性能,研究不同的底漆、面漆对混凝土防护性能的影响,并研究了涂料黏度和厚度对涂层性能的影响,表征涂层在混凝土界面的结合情况。研究结果表明:水性硅丙乳液为底漆、水性氟碳树脂乳液为面漆的涂刷方式可以有效地提高混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能,降低混凝土的吸水率;厚度对涂层防护性能的影响较大,黏度对涂料渗透性影响较大。The concrete surface coating processing is an effective measurement to enhance the durability of concrete. With brushing fluorocarbon resin coating and silicon acrylics-acid emulsion in the concrete, the chloride permeability performance and the water absorption of the concrete were investigated. The impact of the coating's thickness and Viscosity on the durability of concrete and the relationship between the viscosity of the coating and its penetration depth were testified by chloride ion permeability-resistance property of concrete. The results show that brushing fluorocarbon resin coating on the surface and silicon acrylics-acid emulsion in the concrete can improve protective performance. The thickness of coating is effective to the protective performance of the coating, and the penetration depth highly depends on viscosity.
