妇科养荣胶囊联合黄体酮胶丸治疗排卵性功能失调性子宫出血疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察妇科养荣胶囊联合黄体酮胶丸治疗排卵性功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将88例排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为2组,治疗组44例采用妇科养荣胶囊联合黄体酮胶丸进行人工周期治疗,对照组44例单用黄体酮注射液治疗,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率95.4%,对照组总有效率81.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后黄体期、月经周期较治疗前延长(P<0.05),经期缩短(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后血清孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且2组治疗后比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组妊娠率63.64%,流产率15.91%,对照组妊娠率45.45%,流产率38.64%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组妊娠率高于对照组,流产率低于对照组。结论妇科养荣胶囊联合黄体酮胶丸治疗排卵性功能失调性子宫出血有良好的临床效果,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Fuke Yangrong capsule combined with progesterone soft capsules on the treatment of ovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia.Methods 88 patients with ovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia were randomly divided into two groups.44 cases in treatment group were treated by artificial cycle of Fuke Yangrong capsule combined with progesterone soft capsules.44 cases in control group were treated by progesterone soft capsules.Efficacy of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.4%,and 81.8% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group.The luteal phase and the menstrual cycle after treatment was extended in comparion with that before treatment（P〈0.05）.Menstrual period after treatment was shortened（P〈0.05）.There was obvious difference between two groups on menstrual period after treatment（P〈0.05）.The levels of serum P and HCG after treatment were higher than those before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）.There was obvious difference between two groups on the levels of serum P and HCG after treatment（P〈0.05）.Pregnancy rate and the abortion rate in the treatment group was 63.64% and 15.91%.Pregnancy rate and the abortion rate in the control group was 45.45% and 38.64%.There were statistically significant the difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）,the pregnancy rate in treatment group was higher than that in the control,the abortion rate in treatment group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion Fuke Yangrong capsule combined with progesterone soft capsules on has a good effect on ovulatory dysfunctional metrorrhagia,and worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
