摘　　要：从我国金融发展中的银行业发展、股票市场发展和保险业发展三个方面,依据柯布—道格拉斯生产函数,运用偏最小二乘回归方法考察了1993～2010年间我国金融发展与外资企业自主创新能力的相关性。实证结果表明:我国金融发展对外资企业的自主创新能力有显著影响,但以银行存贷款余额、股票总市值和保费收入所代表的银行体系、股票市场和保险市场对外资企业创新能力的作用存在显著差异。Based on the Cobb-Douglas production function, the paper analyzes the relationship between China＇ s financial development and foreign-funded enterprises in China using the data from 1993 to 2010. And the paper classifies financial development into three latitudes that are bank development, stock market development and insurance development. With the partial least square regression method, we get the conclusion that the financial development has significant influence on the independent innovation of foreign-funded enterprises in China. However, banking system, stock market and insurance market have different effects on the innovation of foreign-funded enterprises in China.
