摘　　要：上海作为我国经济中心,吸引着众多的外商投资企业来此投资,R&D国际化水平也不断提高。本文选用R&D资金国际化、R&D机构国际化、R&D活动国际化、R&D产出国际化四项指标,运用差异驱动的纵向评价方法对上海地区企业的R&D国际化水平进行了综合评价,发现上海地区企业R&D国际化水平总体呈上升趋势。Shanghai as a economic center of our country, attracts a large number of foreign invested enterpri ses to invest here and R＆D internationalization has been improving continuously. This article chooses four indica tors, including the perspective of internationalization of R＆D capital, organization, activity, output, then an longitudi nal evaluation approach of differences driving has been used to evaluate the level of R＆D internationalization of en terprises in shanghai comprehensively. It shows the level of R＆D intemationalization is on therise overall.
