摘 要:叶轮轴面图设计的好坏直接影响离心泵效率,以双圆弧轴面图上的前盖板圆弧半径、前盖板倾角、后盖板圆弧半径、后盖板倾角几何参数为自变量,以3个工况点的加权平均水力效率最大为目标,采用Isight集成Pro/E、Gambit和Flu-ent对离心泵叶轮轴面图进行自动数值优化.采用超传递近似法来确定3个目标函数的权重因子.采用最优拉丁方试验设计方法确定优化样本.并采用该方法对一比转数为84.8的离心泵在0.8、1.0和1.2倍设计流量下的水力性能进行了优化.结果表明:优化后的3个工况点的加权平均水力效率提高了1.42百分点.因此,建立的离心泵叶轮轴面图的3点水力优化方法是可行有效的.n light of the fact that the design of meridional plane of impellers directly influences the efficiency of centrifugal pumps, a three-point hydraulic optimum design method of impeller meridional plane for centrifugal pumps was presented. The shroud are radius, shroud angle, hub arc radius, and hub angle of the double-arc meridional plane were selected as the design variables, and the maximum of the weighted average hydraulic efficiency in the three operation conditions was chosen as the objective function. Simulation optimization of the impeller meridional plane was automated numerieally by using Isight integrated Pro/E, Gambit and Fluent software. The supertransitive approximation method was applied to fix optimal weight factors of three individual objective functions. The optimal Latin hypercube experimental design method was used to produce data samples. The hydraulic performance of a centrifugal pump with a specific speed of 84.8 at 0.8, 1.0, 1.2 times of the design flow rate was optimized u- sing the method. The results show that the weighted average hydraulic efficiency in the three operation conditions improves by 1.42 percentage points. Therefore, the three-point hydraulic optimum design of impeller meridional plane for centrifugal pumps is feasible.
