摘　　要：我国电子文件中心的建设缺乏规范性,各地电子文件中心的建设水平参差不齐。提高我国电子文件中心建设的水平,需要加强电子文件中心业务标准的制定,要明确电子文件中心的组织隶属关系,还应建立电子文件管理的风险评估体系制度。Electronic Records Center in China is lack of standardization in construction, and development imbal- ance between different regions exists. Setting operation standards, clarifying explicit organizational affiliation and establishing a risk assessment system for electronic records management are essentials to improve the construction level of Electronic Records Center in China.
