中药离子导入为主治疗输卵管不通的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究应用中药离子导入和超短波治疗输卵管不通的疗效与同时口服中药或西药对疗效的影响。方法共选取186例继发性输卵管不通的患者,随机分为对照组,实验一组和实验二组,对照组即中药离子导入和超短波治疗组、实验一组即中药离子导入和超短波治疗加口服中药组、实验二组即中药离子导入和超短波治疗加口服西药组,分别给予相应治疗后对治愈率和有效率进行比较。结果对照组与实验一组治愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组与实验二组治愈率差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05),有效率亦差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服中药或西药结合单纯理疗较之单纯理疗对输卵管不通患者的治愈率和有效率无统计学差异。Objective Research on application of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis and ultrashort wave and at the same time taking traditional Chinese medicine or western medici- nein in the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction. Methods 186 secondary to fallopian tube ob- struction patients were randomly divided into control group, the experimental group one and the experimental group two,control group was traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis and ultra- short wave therapy group,experimental group one was traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis and ultrashort wave therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine group, the experimental group two was traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis and ultrashort wave therapy combined with O- ral Western medicine group, we compared the cure rate and efficiency after corresponding treat- ment. Results Cure rate on the control group and experimental group one had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, the efficiency difference did not have statistical significance （P〉0.05）, cure rate on the control group and experimental group two, there were no significant differences （P〉0.05）, efficiency also had no significant difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Oral traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine in combination with pute physical therapy compared with pute therapy for fallopian tube obstruction of the cure rate and efficiency of no statistical differ- ence.
