摘　　要：目的 :研究年龄对小鼠腹腔注射IL 1β的影响。 方法 :用放射免疫法测定不同年龄的小鼠腹腔注射IL 1β后血浆中的皮质酮水平。结果 :年老小鼠安静时血浆皮质酮的水平高于年轻小鼠 ;老年组动物在平时高皮质酮的水平上 ,注射IL 1β还能使皮质酮水平更高。全身麻醉可以完全阻断注射IL 1β引起血浆中皮质酮水平的升高。结论 :老龄小鼠安静时血浆皮质酮水平升高 ,注射IL 1β后血浆皮质酮水平还可进一步升高。ILObjective: To determine the effect of aging on interlukin 1β induced plasma corticosterone production. Methods: Corticosterone content in the blood was measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in mice with various ages. Results: Normal(control) content of corticosterone in the blood increases with age. After peritoneal injection of IL 1β, corticosterone level significantly increased in all groups, but in the aged mice reached higher level than that of the young mice. The increase in corticosterone content in blood induced by the IL 1β injection was totally by general anesthesia(pentobarbital sodium). Conclusion: Plasma corticosterone in aged mice was significantly increased in normal conditions. Plasma corticosterone content was increased after peritoneal injection of IL 1β.
