针刺治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察针刺对四氧嘧啶性糖尿病大鼠视网膜病变的预防和治疗作用。方法　将 30只四氧嘧啶所致的糖尿病大鼠随机分为 3组 :造模组、预防组和治疗组 ,并设正常对照组。预防组自糖尿病模型形成之日起开始针刺 ,治疗组待确定有视网膜损害后开始针刺 ,每日 1次。2 0周后将大鼠处死测其血流变、血小板聚集率、超氧化物歧化酶、脂质过氧化物 ,并进行光镜、电镜观察。结果　针刺预防组及治疗组的化验指标均好于造模组 ,电镜光镜显示视网膜的病理损害亦轻于造模组。OBJECTIVE To research effect of acupuncture in treatment of diabetic retinopathy. METHODS\ Forty rats were divided into four groups randomly. There were 10 rats in each group. Thirty rats with diabetic among them induced by alloxan were divided into model group, preventive group, and treated group. Ten normal rats were as control group. The rats were treated with acupuncture once daily when diabetes mellitus was diagnosed in the preventive group, and when retinopathy was diagnosed in treated group. Acupuncture was not performed in other two groups. All experimental rats were killed in 20 weeks. Index of hemodynamics, ratio of platelet aggregation, superoxidedismutase (SOD), and lipid peroxide assayed among them. Retinal tissues of the rats were examined with optical microscope and electronic microscope. RESULTS\ Various index of preventive group and treated group are better than model group. Retinal damages caused diabetes mellitus were milder in the preventive group and treated group than the model group according to the data from optical and electronic microscopes. CONCLUSIONS\ Acupuncture is effect on treatment and stay of diabetic retinopathy at early stage of the disease.
