辅酶Q10产生菌的筛选及产物的定量检测

摘　　要：为了从实验室保存的酵母菌株中筛选产生辅酶Q10的菌株,采用麦芽汁培养酵母菌,皂化法萃取菌体中的辅酶Q10,可见光比色法和高压液相色谱法测定酵母菌中的辅酶Q10的含量。结果表明:筛选出2株较高产量的辅酶Q10产生菌,热带假丝酵母(C.tropicalis(cast).Berkhout)B021产量为7.420 mg/L、粟酒酵母(Schizosaccheromyces pombe Lindner)B147产量为7.488 mg/L。In order to Screen out coenzyme Q10 production strain from the saved yeast strains,the paper cultured yeast strain with wort medium and extracted coenzyme Q10 with the alkaline alcohol saponification processes,and then spectrophotometer and HPLC were used to analyze the quantificate of coenzyme Q10 in this thesis.Results showed that two strain could express coenzyme Q10：C.tropicalis（cast）.Berkhout B021（7.420 mg/L）,Schizosaccheromyces pombe Lindner B147（7.488 mg/L）,respectively.
