摘 要:为了测试沸石吸附剂对室内空气中甲醛的去除效果,采用动态方法测试了光触媒沸石芯片和非崩解型沸石颗粒对甲醛的去除性能,以便将这种方法用于室内环境空气治理。通过自制的动态测试装置,在避光条件下,考查两种沸石吸附剂对甲醛气体的去除能力,结果表明非崩解型沸石颗粒要优于光触媒型沸石芯片;表面涂覆光催化剂并未增强沸石芯片去除甲醛气体的能力,反而有所削弱;甲醛气体浓度的高低在一定程度上影响沸石吸附剂的去除能力,对光触媒型沸石芯片的影响更为显著。动态测试方法能用于评价沸石吸附剂对甲醛的去除性能,沸石吸附剂可以用于净化室内环境中的甲醛气体。To study the performance of zeolite adsorbents to remove indoor formaldehyde,the continuous method was used to test the removing effect of the photocatalysis media zeolite chip and the non-disintegration zeolite granule for formaldehyde air,so that the zeolite adsorbents can improve the indoor air environment quality.According to the self-regulating continuous test equipment,the removing capacity of tow zeolite adsorbents for formaldehyde air was reviewed in the condition of light-free.The result proved that the non-disintegration zeolite granule was more effective than the photocatalysis media zeolite chip.The zeolite chip with the surface coating photocatalysis reagent can not strengthen the removing capacity for formaldehyde air,on the contrary,it was weaken.The concentration of formaldehyde air can influence the removing capacity of zeolite adsorbents,especially for the photocatalysis media zeolite chip.The continuous method can be used to estimate the removing capacity of the zeolite adsorbents for formaldehyde air,and the zeolite adsorbents can be used to clean the formaldehyde air in indoor environment.
