HPLC测定丹黄祛瘀胶囊中丹参素钠的含量

摘　　要：建立了丹黄祛瘀胶囊中丹参素钠的含量测定方法。采用Agilent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(10∶95),柱温30℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。结果表明:丹参素钠在0.279～3.069μg内线性关系良好(r=0.9995);平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.87%(n=6),该法可用于控制丹黄祛瘀胶囊的质量。To establish a HPLC method for determination of Sodium Danshensu in Danhuang Quyu capsule.An Agilent C18 column（4.6 nm×250 mm,5 μm） was used,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid（10：95）,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the column temperatuer was 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Sodium Danshensu showed a good linear relationship in the range of was 0.279~3.069 μg（r=0.9995）,the average recovery was 99.2%,RSD=0.87%（n=6）.The method is accurate and reliable,it can be used for the quality control of Danhuang Quyu capsule.
