摘　　要：开放性实验室符合应用型人才的培养的基本方针,针对学生设立的开放式实验室在培养具有高技能、高素质的应用型人才当中具有不替代的作用。本文就开放性实验室的具体作用和实施的注意事项展开分析,主要探讨实验室开放与应用型人才的培养的密切联系。Open laboratory complied with the cultivation of talents of the basic principles,which played unreplacable role in training students in the open laboratory with high skills and high quality talents.The specific function and implementation of the open laboratory were analyzed,and the close relationship of open laboratory and the cultivation of talents was mainly discussed.
