摘　　要：为了精确计算出臂架式起重机的合理配重,从臂架式起重机配重的计算理论出发,以2 500 t环轨起重机为研究对象,利用SAP2000、Auto CAD和Excel软件进行仿真计算,提出一种基于有限元技术的精确计算配重的方法,在计算得到配重质量的同时,得到起重机的承载状况。最后,对计算出的环轨起重机的配重进行抗倾覆稳定性分析,验证了该计算方法是切实可行的。To accurately calculate reasonable counter weight of jib crane, the paper discusses the calculation theory of counter weight for jib crane, and with 2 500 t circular track crane as a research object, introduces an accurate calcula- tion method based on finite element technology using SAP2000, Auto CAD and Excel. The mass of counter weight is figured out, so is load capacity of the crane. At last, the anti-overturning stability analysis is performed for the calculated counter weight of circular track crane, showing that the calculation method is feasible.
