摘  要:针对激素对东方不败和莎蔓萱草组织培养主要技术参数的影响进行了比较研究。结果表明,激素对2个品种愈伤组织诱导分化影响的差异性表现在:东方不败在只含6-BA(3~4)mg/L的培养基上分化率较高(37.5%~38.2%),而莎蔓需要6-BA(3~4)mg/L和2,4-D 1 mg/L协同作用;激素对2个品种不定芽增殖的影响表现出一致性,2个品种在6-BA 3 mg/L+IBA(0.3~0.5)mg/L培养基上繁殖系数最高;东方不败生根培养依赖于NAA,而莎蔓则依赖于IBA。说明不同品种大花萱草对激素的反映不同,存在着种间差异。A comparative study on the influence of hormones to main tissue culture technical parameters of daylily Dongfangbubai and Shaman taway was conducted.The results showed: the difference of the influence of hormones on the two species showed that the callus differentiation rate of Dongfangbubai reached 37.5%~38.2% based on the culture medium which contained only 6-BA,while Shaman only took the synergic function of 6-BA(3~4)mg/L and 2,4-D 1 mg/L.The influence on the bud pro liferation of hormones to the two species showed consistence.They reached their maximum propagation coefficient on 6-BA 3 mg/L+IBA(0.3~0.5)mg/L.The rootage cultivation of Dongfangbubai relied on NAA,while Shaman relied on IBA.Conclusion is that different species of Hemerocallis hybrida have different reactions to hormones and there are differences between species.
