村落遗产地核心利益相关者利益诉求研究——以开平碉楼与村落为例

摘　　要：村落遗产地的特殊性决定了其在旅游开发中所涉及的利益相关者及其相互之间关系的复杂性,他们之间既相互促进又相互制约,其中任何一方行为的改变,将会对其它主体产生直接影响,从而影响村落遗产地旅游业发展的和谐进程。本文以开平碉楼与村落为例,从实证研究的角度探讨了村落遗产地利益相关者的利益诉求及其实现方式。研究结果表明,村落遗产地不同类型的核心利益相关者都有特定的利益诉求,并且与各种利益诉求的重视程度之间存在差异。The particularity of village heritage sitescome to a decision that the complexities of the relationships among the stake- holders in the tourism development. The stakeholders are mutually dependent and inter-acting. Behavioral Changes of either side of the stakeholders directly influence on other side which affects the harmonious progress of tourism development. This paper studed intertest requirements and its reliazation of stakeholders of village heritage sites by a case study of Kaiping wathchtown and villages. The results showed that the different core stakeholders have different interest claims and pay different attention to interest requirements.
