集成创新的组织间技术转移效率研究

摘　　要：如何保障和提高技术转移效率是集成创新需要解决的主要问题之一。从技术转移效率影响因素和实现模式两方面对集成创新中的技术转移效率展开探讨,结果表明:集成的组织方式对技术转移效率产生了关键影响,组织方式越紧密,一般意义下的因素在集成创新背景中的重要性下降越多。此外,组织方式越紧密会使组织间互动程度越高,从而使选择技术转移实现方式的自由度更大,即可以更大程度的只依靠技术不确定性来进行选择。Among all the problems with integrated--innovation, a main one is how to ensure and promote the technology transfer efficiency. Apply this study within two aspects： factors affecting technology transfer efficiency and modes being carried out for technology transfer. The result shows that the organization structure is crucial. Generally speaking, the structure is more fixed, the weightiness of those commonly factors is lower in integrated-- innovation context. The degrees of fixed structure and inter--organization interaction will go in same direction, and this situation will affect the degree of freedom for carrying out modes selection, in other words, enterprises can se- lect the mode mainly depend on the technology uncertainty.
