摘　　要：美国在科学技术上一直处于世界领先位置,学习美国科学技术的发展成功模式途径对于我国科技的发展有着重要的意义。以美国科技发展模式为例探讨影响科学技术的发展的因素,为国家科技发展策略的决策做一定的参考。The United States has been a world leader in science and technology positions in science and technolo- gy are primary productive forces, Study the success of U.S. science and technology model approach for the develop- ment of China＇s science and technology has an important significance. In this paper, the development model as an ex- ample of the U. S. science and technology affect the development of science and technology factors, technological de- velopment strategy for the country to do some decision--making reference.
