摘　　要：门诊信息系统是支撑医院正常运转的重要保障,门诊医生工作站是门诊信息系统的核心。通过对比门诊医生工作站上线前后门诊医疗业务的变化,从工作效率、医疗质量、就诊流程、医疗管理、医保政策5方面阐述了门诊医生工作站在提升医院服务水平中的重要作用。The clinical information system is an important guarantee to support the normal functioning of the hospital; outpatient doctor workstation is the core of the clinical information system. Through comparison of the outpatient medical services before and after the application of the outpatient doctor services, the paper discussed the effect of outpatient doctor workstation in improving the level of hospital services from five aspects： work efficiency, quality of care, treatment processes, medical management, and health care policy.
