摘　　要：从门诊医生工作站对门诊患者、门诊医生、医疗机构及卫生管理机构4方面的影响入手,分析了其在优化门诊业务流程,提高工作效率和患者满意度,保证医疗质量和用药安全,提升医院管理水平和竞争力等方面的具体效用。From four aspects influenced and affected by out - patient doctor workstation including outpatients, doctors, medical institutions and health regulatory agencies ~ the paper analyzed the effect of out - patient doctor workstation in the optimization of outpatient business processes, improvement of efficiency and patient satisfaction, ensuring the quality of medical care and drug safety, enhancing the level of hospital management and competitiveness.
