基层储血点运行模式现状及发展对策

摘　　要：指出基层储血点运行模式主要存在以下问题:相关法律法规对储血点机构设置与规划要求不统一;医院关注创收科室,业务发展受局限;监管机制不健全,基层输血存隐患;临床用血不规范等。并提出了以下建议:一是地方卫生主管部门应加强监管;二是血站与医院应统一思想;三是应落实临床输血知识培训;四是应加强输血学科建设等。The paper pointed out that operation mode of blood storage point had the following problems ： relevant laws and regula- tions are not uniform on the institutional setup and planning requirements of blood storage points ; hospital management focus on revenue -generating departments, business development is limited; regulatory mechanism is not sound, fundamental transfusion keeps hidden problems; blood for clinical use is not normative. Meanwhile, the following suggestions were put forward. Firstly, local health authori- ties should strengthen the supervision ; secondly, blood banks and hospitals should unify thinking ; thirdly, training intensity of clinical transfusion knowledge should be increased; finally, blood transfusion discipline construction should be strengthened.
