摘  要:研究在肉鸡饲粮中添加不同铬源对肉鸡生长、脏器指数及血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)酵母铬组料重比最低,较对照组和吡啶甲酸铬组差异显著(P<0.05),与蛋氨酸铬组差异不显著(P>0.05);不同铬源对肉仔鸡成活率影响差异不明显(P>0.05)。(2)酵母铬源能显著提高肉仔鸡腹脂率(P<0.05)。酵母铬组较吡啶甲酸铬组能显著提高脾脏指数(P<0.05);酵母铬组、蛋氨酸铬组较对照组和吡啶甲酸铬组能显著降低心脏相对重(P<0.05)。(3)对肉鸡血清生化指标影响都有提高趋势,除对甘油三酯影响差异不显著外(P>0.05),其中吡啶甲酸铬和蛋氨酸铬能显著提高血清中白蛋白、总胆固醇、总蛋白和血糖水平,并且蛋氨酸铬还能显著提高血清中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different sources of dietary chromium on growth, viscera index and blood biochemical indexes of Arbor Acres (AA) broilers. The results showed that: (1) Feed gain ratio of chromium yeast group was the lowest, and had significant difference compared with the control group and chromium picolinate group (P〈0.05), but no significant difference with methionine chromium(P〉0.05), and no significant difference on survival rate (P〉0.05); (2) Chromium yeast group could significantly increase the rate of abdominal fat in broilers (P〈0.05). chromium yeast group could significantly increase the spleen index (P〈0.05), compared to chromium picolinate group; yeast chromium, chromium methionine group can significantly reduce heart relative weight compared with the control group and chromium picoli nate group(P〈0.05);(3) Serum biochemical indices in broiler has increasing trend except for triglyceride with no significant difference(P〉0.05), chromium picolinate and chromium methionine could significantly increase serum albumin, total choles- terol, total protein and blood glucose levels, and chromium methionine could also significantly increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol level in serum.
