摘  要:根据仿生学原理,对长根茎类中药材收获机械的关键部件挖掘犁刀进行了创新设计,同时建立了深耕挖掘犁刀的三维实体模型,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了仿真分析,确定了深耕挖掘犁刀在挖掘时的应变分布图。结果表明,深耕挖掘犁刀产生的最大整体变形量为9.620 4 mm,发生在深耕挖掘犁刀的刀头;最大主弹性应变强度为2.505 7 e-2,最大弹性应变强度为3.646 3 e-2,最大等效弹性应变强度为2.441 8 e-2,发生在深耕挖掘犁刀螺母1上。According to the principle of bionics, a new type of deep ploughing coher, the key of harvesting machinery for medicinal herbs with long root or stalk was designed. The 3D solid model of deep excavation ploughing corer was estab- lished; and the visual simulation was conducted by using finite element analysis software ANSYS to construct the strain-re- lease map of deep excavation ploughing coher when digging. The results showed that the greatest total deformation for the deep ploughing coulter was 9.620 4 mm, occurring in the cutter head; the maximum principal elastic strain was 2.505 7e-2; maximum elastic strain strength was 3.646 3e-2; the maximum equivalent elastic strain was 2.441 8e-2, occurring at the front nutl.
