摘 要:采用室内生长速率法,以黄瓜菌核病菌、棉花立枯病菌、番茄早疫病菌和辣椒炭疽病菌为作用目标,研究了噻霉酮和苯醚甲环唑混配对病菌的增效作用。苯醚甲环唑对4种病菌的EC50为0.650 9~1.211 2mg/L,噻霉酮对4种病菌的EC50为20.887 0~43.514 6mg/L。当苯醚甲环唑和噻霉酮的混配比例为1∶10时,对黄瓜菌核病菌的共毒系数为519.11;混配比例为1∶2时,对辣椒炭疽病菌的共毒系数为230.66;混配比例为1∶5时,对棉花立枯病菌和番茄早疫病菌的共毒系数分别为219.42和190.71。噻霉酮和苯醚甲环唑按适当比例混配对4种不同病原菌具有明显的增效作用。The inhibition activities of benziothiazolinone, difenoconazole and their mixture against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum , Rhizoctonia solani , Alternaria solani and Colletotrichum capsici were studied. The synergistic activ- ity of benziothiazolinone/difenoconazole complex against four different fungi was studied based on the mycelial growth method in the laboratory. Bioassay results showed that the EC50 values of benziothiazolinone (A) against 4 fungi were ranged from 0. 650 9 mg/L to 1. 211 2mg/L, and the ECs0 values of difenoconazole (B) against 4 fungi were ranged from 20. 887 0 mg/L to 43. 514 6 mg/L. When the ratio of the mixture of benziothiazolinone (A) and difenoconazole (B) was 1:10, the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) against mycelial growth of S. sclerotiorum was 519.11; when the ratio of the mixture was 1:2, the CTC against mycelial growth of C. capsici was 230.66; when the ratio of the mixture was 1:5, the CTC against mycelial growth of R. solani and A. solani were 219.42 and 190.71, respectively. The results suggested that benziothiazolinone and difenoconazole had significant synergistic activity against 4 different fungi when combined by appropriate ratio.
