摘　　要：基于有限元软件Flux和Ansys,仿真分析了接触器的吸反力特性和动态特性。通过分析接触器寿命低的主要原因,提出了一种改进方案并进行了仿真试验验证。仿真结果表明,改进方案改善了触头的烧蚀情况,提升了接触器的电寿命。The research object of this paper is a rotational AC contactor with double windings in series which has characteristics of small volume, high sensitivity, satisfactory anti-vibration and so forth. With the help of Flux and Ansys based on FEM, the characteristics of contactor were calculated. An improvement scheme was put forward based on the electrical life failure analysis and it was verified by simulation and experiments. The improved method is confirmed to reduce contact erosion and improve life of the contactor.
