摘　　要：腹腔镜胆总管探查一期缝合术是临床治疗胆总管结石的新方法。总结了 2 0 6例腹腔镜胆管探查胆管一期缝合围手术期护理经验 ,提出各种引流管的观察护理贯穿于治疗的全过程 ,是疾病治愈的关键。Laparoscopic common bile duct exploration (LCDE) with primary duct closure is a new clinical technique of managing choledocholithiasis.This study was a retrospective perioperative nursing practice of 206 cases of LCDE with primary duct closure.Our results indicated that careful observation and nursing of the biliary and/or intra-peritoneal cavity drainage tubes are most important for patients during postoperative recovery.
