摘  要:窄带滤光片设计中的一些参数,会对其性能产生影响。为了揭示它们之间的变化关系,在光学薄膜设计软件Essential Macleod中进行了模拟实验。主要针对窄带膜系中的高低折射率之差,干涉级次,反射层层数和腔数对其通带半宽度、矩形度和陡度的影响进行了分析,并得到了它们的影响规律。对于进行窄带滤光片的设计有一定的指导作用。In narrow band-pass filter's design, some parameters have influence on its performance. In order to reveal the relationship between these parameters, simulate experiments using Essential Macleod were carried out. The half bandwidth, the rectangularity and the steepness of a narrow band-pass filter are influenced by difference between high and low refractive index materials, interference order, number of reflectors and number of cavities. These effects were analyzed and the law of influence has been obtained. In the further work of narrow band-pass filter design, this paper can provide theoretical guidance.
