摘 要:进行了烧结温度、保温处理、不同的掺杂Sb浓度对电热膜的膜阻特性和温度特性的影响以及提高膜层发射比方法的研究,筛选出"电热膜液"和"高发射膜层涂料"配方,采用蒸镀和喷射法制备出具有"双层膜结构"的高效节能红外电热膜管式加热元件,测试结果表明,管式电热膜加热元件表面温度、方阻均匀,辐射波长2.5~15 m,全发射比大于0.92。In this paper, the optimized formulas of electrothermal film solution and high-emission coating film are obtained by investigating the influences of preparation temperature of films, annealing temperature, the different doping concentration of Sb on the electrothermal film to the resistance and temperature characteristic and by improving the emission ratio of films. "Double-film structured" infrared heating element has some advantages such as high efficiency and low dissipation, which was fabricated by evaporation and spray method. The results show that the surface temperature and sheet resistance of the tubular electrothermal film heating elements are uniform, the radiation wavelength is 2.5-15 um and the whole emission ratio is greater than 0.92.
