摘　　要：2002年以来,迁安市经过理性思考、科学规划,先后斥巨资对境内的滦河进行了大规模的综合开发治理,为经济转型、社会发展,建设宜居城市奠定了基础,打造了新的平台。Since 2002,through rational thinking,scientific planning,QianAn city has spent a lot of money on a large scale comprehensive development and governance for the Luan River.a foundation was established and a new platform was created for the transformation of the economic and social development,and to build livable city.
