广西产云芝的云芝多糖的研究初探

摘　　要：用苯酚-硫酸法测定广西不同地区和不同时间采集云芝35份和全国不同地区采集云芝15份云芝中的多糖含量。结果表明,不同产地和不同时间采的云芝多糖含量在35.2%--47.2%;广西产云芝含量最高的是大明山2#,含量为47.3%;最低的是十万大山1#,含量为35.2%;广西境内采集的云芝与全国其它地区的云芝多糖提取率平均为6.72-7.25%。广西产云芝与全国其它地区产云芝中多糖含量基本一致。云芝多糖含量均大于35%。The author used Phenol-sulfuric acid method to determine the content of Coriolus versicolor polysaccharide（CVP） in 35 copies of Coriolus versicolor in different regions and different times in Guangxi and 15 copies were collected in different parts of China.The results show that the content percentage of CVP which collected in Different origins and different times are from 35.2% to 47.2%;The hightest content of CVP in Guangxi is Da Mingshan No.2,in which the content percentage is 47.3 % and the lowest is Shiwan Mountain No.1 whose content percentage is 35.2%。The average extraction rate of CVP collected in guangxi and the other regions of China are 6.72-7.25%.It means that the average content percentage of CVP is greater than 35%,and the content is maintained consistently between Guangxi and the rest parts of China basically.
