摘　　要：设计一种具有用途广泛、携带方便、体积小、重量轻、结构精巧、操作简单等优点的既可作为多用途信号源,又可以测量数字电路逻辑状态的测试笔。这种测试笔既具备测试输出占空比可调的脉冲波形、输出单脉冲或脉冲串、逻辑电平的多种功能,还可实现仪器功能自检。通过仿真与试验,验证明了该设计的正确性和有效性。A test pen which can be used as a multi-purpose signal source,but also can measure the digital circuit logic state was designed,it has the following traits such as wide use,easy to carry,small volume,light weight,structure compact,simple operation etc.The test pen possessed adjustable output pulse,output single pulse or pulse sequence,logic level various functions,but also can realize instrument function self-check.The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the design was correct and effective.
