摘  要:焊接卷筒是大型起重机中应用最为广泛的一种结构形式。它是直接影响起重机卷绕装置如起升机构、变幅机构、牵引机构等工作特性及其制造成本的关键零部件,其设计和制造一直倍受起重机行业的技术人员关注在分析传统卷筒壁厚设计的基础上,对起重机卷筒进行了有限元分析。以起重机实际应用的卷筒为例进行计算,基于ANSYS分别对单层和多层卷绕的卷筒进行了有限元优化设计,发现常规的理论设计比较保守,在安全的基础上,对卷筒壁厚,直径,长度,挡边,卷筒毂位置等各方面的结构参数进行了优化,有效地减轻了卷筒的重量。在结构方面特别对于大吨位起重机多层卷绕比单层卷绕更能实现卷筒的轻量化。Welding roll is a structure used widely in large crane that directly influence the crane winding devices,such as lifting mechanism,luffing mechanism and traction mechanism which are key parts in working characteristics and manufacturing costs.So that its design and manufacturing had been the concern of crane industry technical staffs,who are analyzing crane roll with finite element analysis based on inner thick design of the roll traditionally.In practical application of a crane reel for an example,calculation is done based on ANSYS,and single and multi-layer winding rolls are designed respectively with finite element optimization method,it is found that the conventional theory design is more conservative.On the basis of safety,structure parameters such as the inner roll thick,diameter,length,raised edge and drum hub position are optimized,which effectively reduce the weight of the roll.The roll lightweight is realized for multi-layer winding roll of large tonnage crane than single winding in the structure.
