摘  要:满足一定的强度要求是矿用隔爆型计算机机壳的结构设计关键,基于薄板应力理论,建立了隔爆机壳强度设计的力学模型,初步计算出了机壳、法兰板厚尺寸;建立起机壳三维模型,利用有限元分析方法对其进行数值仿真分析,找出了机壳应力分布状态,利用尺寸优化设计方法对其进行结构优化,分析了两种优化结构的应力分布情况。对比得出了满足强度要求且重量轻的隔爆机壳,充分发挥了材料的力学性能,提高了企业经济效益。Satisfying certain strength requirements was key in structural design of mining flameproof computer enclosure,based on plate stress theory,mechanical model of the strength design of explosion-proof enclosure was established,and the enclosure and flange thickness dimensions were calculated initially;by establishing three-dimensional model of the enclosure,the stress distribution was obtained using the finite element method through numerical simulation analysis,using size optimization method structure of the enclosure was optimized after finding the stress distribution status of the enclosure.And two stress distributions of optimization structure were analyzed so that light weight and satisfying the strength requirements of the flameproof enclosure was obtained by contrast,which gave full play to the mechanical properties of materials and improved the economic efficiency of enterprises.
