摘  要:在薄壁管NC绕弯加工中,合理的芯轴设计能够有效地消除薄壁管外壁减薄拉裂、内壁增厚起皱、截面严重椭圆畸变等缺陷。针对目前芯轴设计过程中存在的问题,将知识工程引入到芯轴设计中,建立数据库与知识库,实现设计信息、数据、规则等的积累、传递与重用,采用基于规则与实例的方法来指导芯轴设计,实现芯轴的快速设计。In NC rotary-draw bending of thin-walled tube,the reasonable design of mandrel is able to eliminate the defects effectively,such as extrados-wall thinning and rupture,intrados-wall thickening and wrinkle,cross-section distortion and so on.The knowledge engineering was introduced to solve the problems in the process of mandrel design.A database and knowledge base were established for accumulating,transfering and reusing design information,data and rules.The rule-based reasoning and case-based reasoning were adopted to steer mandrel design and the rapid design of mandrel was realized.
