摘　　要：NVH分析在载运工具领域特别是汽车领域一直是一个重要的研究课题,而且随着人们对载运工具乘坐舒适性的要求的提高,NVH分析越来越受到整车企业及其零部件企业的关注。基于高精度的信号采集设备和传感器来进行试验测试一直是进行NVH分析的有效方法,基于丹麦某公司PULSE测试系统、传感器及其软件平台,通过实际工程问题为例,系统讲述了NVH试验测试与分析方法和具体步骤,对从事相关研究的工程设计人员特别是经验不够丰富的设计人员有广泛的参考价值。NVH analysis is an important project in vehicle operation engineering all the time,more and more OEMs and parts factory are attention to it with the raising of requirement in comfort.It is always the most effective method to analyze the vibration and noise through high precision signals collectors and sensors.The testing method,analysis method and the concrete steps for NVH analysis were systematically introduced based on actual engineering example and through PULSE testing system,sensors and software made in Denmark by one cooperation.And it would be extensive in reference value for engineers who are engaging in studying,especially for designers who has not enough experience.
