摘  要:传动轴扭矩是反映装载机动力传动系统工作性能的重要参数之一,在计算传动轴承受扭矩值及确定测点位置基础上,应用电阻应变片设计了扭矩传感器,并选择了信号遥测系统,运用自制的扭矩标定试验台对扭矩传感器进行了标定,开发了装载机传动轴扭矩测试系统,依据装载机常见的作业物料与作业方式,对试验用装载机传动轴测点处的扭矩进行了实机测试,并对测试波形进行了分析。台架标定与实机测试的结果表明,设计的扭矩传感器灵敏度较高、线性度良好,开发的测试系统正确、有效。Drive shaft torque was one of the important parameters which could reflect the work performance of loader powertrain system,on the basis of calculating drive shaft torque values and ascertaining measurement point positions,we selected resistance strain gauges to design torque sensors and also chose a signal telemetry system.After using a self-made torque calibration experimental bench to calibrate the torque sensors,a loader drive shaft torque test system was developed.According to the common work materials and operation mode of loader,we performed an actual test to measure torque at measurement points of loader drive shaft and analyzed the test waveforms.The results of bench calibration and actual loader test showed that the designed torque sensors had a high sensitivity and a good linearity,and the developed test system was correct and effective.
