摘  要:目的了解江苏省地方性氟中毒地区水氟含量与土壤氟含量之间的关系。方法在徐州及连云港市地方性氟中毒病区抽样检测水氟含量和土壤氟含量,分析水氟含量、土壤表层氟含量与土壤深层氟含量之间的相关关系。结果水氟含量和表层土壤氟含量之间存在微弱相关关系(rs=0.07,P<0.05);水氟含量和深层土壤氟含量之间无相关关系(rs=-0.179,P>0.05)。结论江苏省氟中毒病区表层土壤中的氟离子易于迁移到地下水中,形成高氟水源。Objective To study the relationship between fluoride content in water and that in soil in the endemic fluorosis area in Jiangsu Province. Methods Water samples collected from surface soil and deep soil in the endemic fluorosis area of Xuzhou and Lianyungang, and fluoride content was tested. Then the inter-relationships of fluoride content in water and that in surface soil and fluoride content in water and that in deep soil were analyzed as well. Results There is a weak relationship between fluoride content in water and that in surface soil (rs = 0. 07,P〈0. 05). There is no relationship between fluoride content in water and that in deep soil (rs =-0. 179,P〉0.05). Conclusions It is feasible for fluoride in surface soil to move into groundwater in the endemic fluorosis area in Jiangsu Province.
