摘  要:长北气田地面建设工程中气田集输采用丛式井及气液混输工艺,集输管道内持液量较大且中央处理厂(CPF)内无段塞流捕集器,集输干线清管操作风险较大。为保证集输系统的安全,有必要对集输干线的清管进行研究。实际清管前采用两相流模拟软件OLGA进行清管段塞液量的模拟,制定详细清管操作方案。将2009年6月长北气田集输北干线的实际清管操作数据与软件模拟结果进行对比,对清管方法提出合理化建议。针对长北气田集输系统的实际情况,采用非常规清管方法对集输管线进行清管有利于降低操作风险。Well cluster mode and gas-liquid two-phase gathering process are used in Changbei Gas Field surface engineering project.Liquid holdup in gathering trunk pipeline is relatively huge and no slug catcher is available in CPF,accordingly,high operational risk exists in the pigging operation of gas gathering trunk pipeline.It is necessary to research the pigging operation of gas gathering and transportation trunk pipelines in order to assure safety of the pipelines.Before actual pigging operation,two-phase fluid simulation software OLGA was used to simulate the pigging slug volume and prepare a detailed pigging operation scheme and reasonable pigging suggestion is resulted from detailed comparison between actual Changbei north trunk pipeline pigging operation data and software simulation data.For Changbei gathering system,unconventional pigging method is useful for reducing pigging operation risk.Consequently,unconventional pigging method and experience are worthy for popularization in the pigging operation of gas-liquid gathering and transportation system.
