摘  要:针对低渗透储层因水锁引起的地层伤害问题,开展了解除水锁伤害的研究。分析了产生油井水锁伤害的机理,同时考虑界面活性和破乳性能研制出一种高效水锁解堵剂,对其制备方法、性能评价以及解除水锁伤害实验进行了研究。评价结果表明,该产品能够有效降低油水间界面张力,使油水界面张力达到6.089×10-3 mN/m,同时具有良好的破乳性能,3 h内对模拟原油乳状液的破乳率达90%以上;岩心物模实验证明,水锁解堵剂对水锁伤害后岩心的渗透率恢复率达85%以上,能够有效地解除乳化堵塞和水锁效应对地层渗透率的伤害。Conducted are researches on water lock damage removal in view with the formation damage caused by water lock in low permeability reservoir,analyzed is the mechanism and cause of oil well water lock damage,developed is a highly efficient water lock removal agent according to interfacial activities and demulsification performance,studied and analyzed are its preparation methods,performance evaluation and water lock damage removal experiment data and the obtained results show that the product can effectively reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water and make the tension reach up to 6.089×10-3 mN/m and has good demulsification performance,its demulsification rate to simulated crude oil emulsion can reach more than 90 % within three hours,and core physical model experiments demonstrate that permeability recovery rate of water lock damage removal agent to the damaged core can reach more than 85 % and the agent can effectively remove emulsification congestion and damage of water lock effect to the formation permeability.
