摘 要:为了获得激光精细加工需要的能量集中且均匀分布的平顶聚焦激光束,利用衍射理论研究了畸变透镜对高斯光束衍射变换的作用,导出了解析计算式,进而获知畸变透镜如何对激光束平顶化聚焦的原理。用Matlab软件进行计算模拟,讨论了畸变透镜对高斯光束平顶化聚焦的情形和影响因素。表明利用畸变透镜对高斯光束平顶化聚焦是可行的。用这种方法获得的平顶化聚焦激光束可用于激光精细加工、微光机电系统和医学治疗等领域发挥重要作用。In order to obtain the flat-top laser beam which has centralized but also uniformly distributed energy required in laser fine processing,the function of the distortion lens used for Gaussian beam diffraction transformation is studied based on diffraction theory,and the analytical formula is derived.Then the principle how the distortion lens makes laser beam flat-top focused is gotten to know.After simulations with the Matlab software,the situations and the effect factors that the distortion lens makes the Gaussian beam flat-top focused are discussed.This indicates that it is feasible to use the distortion lens to obtain the flat-top focused Gaussian beam.The flat-top focused Gaussian beam obtained with this method can be applied in and also play an important role in fields such as laser fine processing,MOEMS and medicine treatment.
