摘  要:北营炼铁厂6号高炉中修后对炉腹以上无砖衬部位进行了喷补造衬,通过对喷补料脱落量的精确评估和开炉方案的精心制作与严格执行,尤其是对喷补反弹料的造渣处理,避免了开炉过程中常见的烧风口休风现象,降低了炉前劳动强度,加快了炉内冶炼进程,使得6号高炉顺利开炉并快速达产,取得了较好的技术经济指标,创造了较大的经济效益。Gunning operation was carded out to non-brick lining areas above the furnace bosh after the medium maintenance of No.6 blast furnace in Belying Iron-making plant. With the accurate evaluation of abscission amount for gunning material and careful preparation of blow in plan, especially the slag-forming treatment of reflected materials, phenomenon of tuyere burning, BF blowing down is avoided. With the operations mentioned above, labor intensity is greatly reduced and smelting process is accelerated. As a result, smooth-running of BF blowing in and designed capacity is achieved rapidly in No.6 blast furnace. Good technical & economic indicators and better economic benefit is obtained.
