摘　　要：北钢5号高炉采用中冶京城设计的铸铁冷却壁薄壁炉衬高炉,开炉以来,对上下部调剂、操作经验进行了总结,找到了铸铁薄炉衬高炉的操作及强化冶炼特点。加强原燃料的管理,降低入炉粉末,维持适当的边缘气流是薄炉衬结构高炉强化冶炼的关键。With the application of cast iron cooling stave and thin furnace wall designed by CERIS in No.5 blast furnace of Belying Company, upper and lower adjustment as well as operational experience is summarized to find out the operational and smelting features since its blow on.Enhancing the management of raw material and fuel, reducing the charging powder, maintaining proper edge blow can be the key to intensify the smelting for thin furnace wall structure.
